Sheridan Home Page

Larry Romance & Son has been in business in Sheridan, NY since 1993 when we took over a previous Ford tractor dealership.   Since opening the store we have expanded the business every year.

We specialize in tractors and implements for dairy and grape farms along with equipment for hobby farms and  homeowners with large yards.   We have big and small New Holland tractors as well as many other New Holland implements from balers and discbines to loaders, skidsteers and more.  Several years ago we added the Mahindra line of tractors and equipment to diversify our products.  Did you know they sell more tractors than any other brand in the world?  They are growing by leaps and bounds in U.S. sales too.   A large part of our customer base is the homeowner or hobby farmer who needs a compact tractor-Mahindra offers many sizes of compacts to handle small lawns or small pastures as well as vineyard size cab tractors.

We have also carry the New Holland line of construction equipment.  If you’re interested in a Wheel Loader, Tractor Loader Backhoe, Mini Excavator or Skid Steer give us a call!

In addition to New Holland, we sell Brillion, Kinze and Sunflower for the dairy and forage farmer; for the vineyard farmer we carry Woods, Shaver, John Bean, Proptec and H&W equipment along with other smaller lines.

Besides selling tractors and equipment we carry the line of Hydro Engineering manure management equipment, and one of our salesmen travels extensively through the North East setting up dairies with Hydro’s drag hose  manure injection equipment.  He works with farms ranging from 300 – 5000 cows and can tailor a plan to meet your dairy size.  He’s also knowledgeable about Bauer manure and water irrigation products.
