Our service technicians have years of experience, and they’re driven to make sure they’ll repair your equipment right. They all attend technical training schools several times a year to be updated on the latest technology. They’re air conditioning certified and capable of working on tractors from 20hp to 200hp.
We offer Winter Service Specials every year to get your tractors or equipment serviced in the off season when you don’t need them as much. The specials often include free pickup/delivery-call us for details during the winter.
We make service calls as well or we can schedule the pickup of your equipment if the job is more involved. From making hydraulic hoses to working on skidsteers, tractors or manure pumping equipment we do it all!
New Holland sent Don Bowden, one of their district Service Managers to our store to present a Level 2 Professional Technician Award to service manager Justin Fisher.
These awards represent numerous hours spent taking courses online as well as hands on training at the New Holland training centers. Level 2 awards show that the technician has already passed level 1 which consists of meeting the requirements in customer service, engines, hydraulics and electronics.
In order to obtain level 2 certification the technician must then focus on individual product lines such as compact tractors, balers or higher horsepower tractors and pass the requirements for each of those applications.
Justin received awards in multiple areas of expertise. He is currently studying to obtain certification in more product specific areas as well as working towards his Level 3 Master Level certification.
Certified technicians assure our customers that their equipment will receive the highest level of diagnosis, service and maintenance available. Along with New Holland we congratulate him on his hard work and dedication!
Ed Fisher and Alex Flowers are both experienced technicians who have been working on equipment for years. Deb Freling is the store’s service writer. Deb will be the first point of contact for anyone calling the service department.
